I have been a licensed realtor since 1992 and a licensed architect since 1978. I assist buyers and sellers throughout the entire Denver area and suburbs. Having both backgrounds  helps prevent buyers from buying a money pit, but allows them to gain sweat equity on a home that will gain in value. I work with first time home buyers, investors and senior citizens downsizing. I work with bank's trust departments and attorneys who need to sell property in estates. I get estimates for fixing the homes in preparation for sale, and emptying the home in an estate sale. If at all possible I throw nothing away. It is either is donated to charity or recycled.

I am also a designer and builder of modular housing, the most "green" way to build. I can find you the land, design the home, and get it built to your requirements. i am essentially one stop shopping. I also teach a class through Colorado Freee University on "Buying and Fixing an Old House".
